We are excited to bring Zumba to the lake! Class will be from 9-10. Bar will be open afterwards for anyone who wants to stay and relax. Lunch menu begins at 11. Come up, work out, then enjoy Half Moon!
Zumba is an exercise fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990s. A Zumba class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Zumba is a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption.
Brittany joined the PAC team in 2012 as a Zumba fitness instructor. Over the years, she has progressed her involvement at PAC as she moved into a rec aide position and so much more. She has taken her passion for fitness further and completed her group fitness instructor certification, her personal training…
